I am experiencing this issue, but have had no contact from MYOB. It has been longer than 5 business days since the payments were debited from my bank account, but they're still saying 'processing' on MYOB.

I'm happy to look into this for you, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Date of payment 
  • Payment amount
