I have only just realised but I have 5 payments at the same status eg

Funds debited from Bank but still at "Processing Payment" status in Myob.

What do I need to do to rectify this please

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! I'm happy to take a look into this, can you please send me a private message with the below details:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • Screenshot of the status of the payment in manage payments window 
  • Transaction total amount
