I have been trying to pay super using Pay Superannuation, as I have for many years now but keep getting an error message Unable to connect, everything else is working and I have no internet issues. This has been going on for some time now, when will it be fixed?

Hi @RyanH,
Thanks for your post. Is the error message appearing when you click into the Pay superannuation window ? If so, are you able to provide a screenshot of the error and retrieve and attach the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file as a .TXT file to this thread so I can take a look into this for you.
