STP Declaring locked up - How to declare afterwards

Hi,

today when recording pays the usual message came up to declare but the box was blank. It asked if I wanted to continue without declaring, which after trying a few things, was the only way to move forward.  I shut down MYOB and restarted my computer, hoping this might fix the issue.  

Now when I go into the Payroll Reporting Centre the pays for that period are sitting with a status of "sending". The declared by and declared date fields are "nul". 

How do I declare the pays and send to the ATO.

Hi @jenni 

We have been advised by the ATO of issues with STP lodgement on their end. 

Once they have resolved these issues you can process a $0 pay to update the YTD amounts. Or you can wait until you process your next payrun, this will also update the YTD amounts with the ATO.
