STP error

STP error

I have started a new MYOB file from 1/7/2022.  I have processed the first payroll.  The payroll data is correctly recorded in MYOB but when I checked the STP I discovered that the two salary employees have only their PAYG and Superannuation showing in the STP Year To Date Validation report.  The Gross Payments figure is zero.  There is probably something wrong in the setup but I can't find it.  I would appreciate any help you can give.

After 2.5 hours only hold to MYOB, they advised there was a glitch in the system which they are working on.  They advised to run a zero $ payrun.  I did this and it fixed the error.  The Gross Payments are now showing in the STP.
