Super Payment Status still processing after payment made through bank

Super Payment Status still processing after payment made through bank

Hi there, our Super payment dated 9/6/22 in Manage Payments, was processed through our bank on 23/6/22 however the MYOB Status is still showing as Processing Payment. Could someone please advise, thank you.  I have contacted myob chat and they were unable to help (!?)

Thanks for your post. I'm happy to take a look into this for you, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Date of payment and payment amount 
  • Screenshot of the MYOB Manage payments window
