Super bounced back and status is 'completed' so can't re process
Hello
With a 45minute minimum wait on the phone for assistance, I have decided to try to get an answer here.
our recent super payment bounced back into our bank account, but the status in Manage Payments is still set at 'completed' so I can't reprocess, I am not sure what the concern or issue is but it won't even allow me to accept it in the bank feeds when the money went out which is causing a hold up in the bank reconciliations as well.
Any help on how I can do my bank reconciliation and resubmit my payments would be helpful.
