Super payment - still processing

Hi,

There are payments from 21/02/2022 and 07/03/2022 with a status "Processing Payment". 

However, the subsequent payments from 21/03/2022 and 23/03/2022 were all completed.

I have tried to call a few times and waited for more than 45 minutes before hanging up.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please send me a private message with the following details so I can look into this for you:

• Serial number 
• Your full name and email address 
• File ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
• Confirmation of each amount that has been debited out of your account
