Superannuation Delay

We are currently still waiting for the Superannuation from 21/2/22 to be processed, after more than 1 hour waiting on the phone MYOB were no hell and said it all part of the upgrade process, and still couldnt let me know when or if it will be processed. I am not happy with the response and would have expected a company such as MYOB to be more professional. 

 

My question is simple, when will the payment be taken if at all, I dont want to receive emails from Superannuation companies asking for the money via there solicitors, which has recently hapened, making us look unorgansied due to MYOB inefficiency
