Good afternoon,
I am trying to do a reversal of a superannuation payment.
On Manage Payments the message showing is Reversal Required. When I try to do it, MYOB does not do anything, no window opens, no action.
If I click the arrow, it shows the error message attached.
I figure it out what the error was and why the payment didn't went through, and I corrected, however I can't do the reversal. There is another way to do it?
Could you please help?
