I processed my pays last week and when I went into authorize and pay the superannuation, the notation came up second authorization required. I clicked okay, however the payment has "processing payment" notification. This is still there and the payment has not been processed. Can I reverse the entries and reprocess. Thank you,

Thanks for your post. The Pay Superannuation service was temporarily disabled while our teams dealt with a duplication error with payments. This service has now been enabled and payments are being processed.
