TFN Declarations

Can anyone advise if I can do the TFN declarations for ew employees through electronically MYOB as yet?

I remember looking it up about 18 months ago but it wasn't yet possible.  However I can't seem to find any more recent update.

Hi @AJA_Aus,

Thank you for your post. 

Until you're on STP Phase 2, you'll need to continue sending TFN declarations to the ATO for new employees. Once you're on STP Phase 2, a new employee's tax details will be sent to the ATO when you declare their first pay run from MYOB, so you won't need to submit a TFN declaration.
