Terminating an Employee in MYOB before preparing final pay

When I received an immediate resignation for a casual employee I put the effective date of her termination onto her MYOB profile - ie 05/09/21.  But today when I went to prepare everybody's pay her name won't come up.  She is still showing as active but just not on the screen for preparing the payroll.  Not sure how to prepare her pay now!

Hi @Alyson2u 

Remove the termination date, then add it back after you have paid her.
