WE NOTICE THERE WAS A MESSAGE SAYING THE ISSUE FROM YESTERDAY WHEREBY WE COULD NOT ACCESS OUR FILE HAS BEEN RESOLVED BUT THIS MORNING WE ARE STILL UNABLE TO LOG INTO OUR MYOB ACCOUNTRIGHT LIVE FILE - CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE.

I'm sorry to hear that you are still having this problem. The unable to log in issue from yesterday has been resolved so can you please provide some more information on the error you are receiving.
If you are using a 3rd party app, we are aware of an issue where 3rd party apps are encountering an error when trying to access an MYOB product. Our teams are investigating this and do understand how important it is to resolve this as soon as possible.
