Unable to open Employee Card

I am unable to open one employee card.  Keep getting error "Somethings gone wrong Accountright needs to close".  Looking at previous support posts, it appears a script will need to be run on our file?

Error log attached.

Yes, we can run an online script to fix this issue. Please send us your serial number and company file name by Private Message so we can organize this.
