Unable to open employee care or transactions

 I am unable to open one employee card.  Keep getting error "Somethings gone wrong Accountright needs to close".  Looking at previous support posts, it appears a script will need to be run on our file?

Thanks for your post. When you received the error message, kindly click on View error details. Kindly refer to the screenshot below. 

                                                   

Once you have the error log, please send me a private message with the following details including the error log:

• Serial number
• Name of primary contact and email address
• Business name
• Company File ID of the file having the error
