Unable to run reports for current financial year

Unable to run reports for current financial year

I am unable to run a report for anything past the 2022 financial year. I have closed the financial year twice (which has placed me in the 2024 financial year) and I still am unable to run the payroll balance summary report for any date past the 30/06/2022.

 

To my knowldge, I should be able to run a report for the current, past, and following financial year.

Hi @SWEA 

 

I'm sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. The Payroll year available for selection is determined by the payroll year of the file, this is different to the financial year in Setup>>Company information>>Current financial year. The payroll year automatically rolls over when you process the first pay in the new year.
