declaring STP to ATO

Sorry you don't have access to file with Single Touch Payroll on behalf of this company. Please check with someone in the business who does or call our support team on 1300 555 123.

 

This is the message I get when trying to report to ATO and the number advised above is disconnected, please advise  what this message means?

Hi @Bendex 

 

Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

 

If that message comes up when you are trying to declare or report to the ATO, you may need to set up your email address as a declarer for STP. This happens when someone from business already set up the STP. All you have to do is to follow the steps on adding a declarer for STP. The Help Article Add a declarer for Single Touch Payroll reporting will provide you the steps on how to do this.
