superannuation payments not made

Hi

I discovered that the previous bookkeeper had occasionally ommited paying the superanuation guarantee.  Is this possible?  So, the pays go through for some weeks with payments and then suddenly they stop including the Superanuation Guarantee.  I am confused

Thanks for your post. If the super guarantee is not accruing correctly the Help Article, Checking and adjusting superannuation, has detailed information to assist with this.

If you need further help with this can you please provide the following screenshots:

• super guarantee payroll category set up, including the Exempt window
• a pay transaction with incorrect accrual
