Ever since the latest update, i havent been able to attach files to purchases.
Also, i am still having the reminder come up that i havent done a backup (even though i backup every second day.

Thanks for your post.
Could you clarify what is going wrong when you try to attach files to purchases? I seem to be able to do this in my software. Could you send me a screenshot of the error message?
We are aware of a reminder message being send to some users to backup their files even though the files are being backed up. If you have backed up your file, you can ignore this message for now. This is currently being investigated by our team.

Hi,
I used to be able to drag the file into the box, now i cant. I will drag the file, let it go and nothing happens.
There is no error message.

Are you able to attach files via the Attach Documents button, rather than drag and drop? See my example:
You can attach PDF, TIFF, JPEG or PNG file types, and the files must be less than 10MB in size.
Have you tried this on a different computer?
