For the last two months I have had a few customers say that their statements are blank, when I resend them they seem to be ok

We are experiencing the same.

We are aware of a situation where the pdf comes through blank on emails due to an issue with the image on the statements.
Can I confirm are the statements being sent; a customized statement? If it is can you try sending the default one and see if the issue occurs? If it doesn't happen on the default form, then you will need to resize the logo.
