Hi
I need include a new Payment Terms option in MYOB as we require payment prior to dispatch. Is there a way to do this?

Thank you for your question.
When entering a sale there should be a blue arrow labeled terms next to where you choose your customer name, you can click this and then change the terms directly while in the process of making the sale.
I have attached a Help Article on credit terms, which covers the multiple ways you are able to change your sales terms.

What I am wanting to do is add a payment term which is different to the ones offered as default payment terms in MYOB -
ie: I would like to set up a new payment term which is currently not included in MYOB
- it would be 'payment prior to dispatch'

Sorry for the delay in my response.
The credit terms within AccountRight can be changed to different values where needed.
There isn't a way to add in any additional credit terms for alternative payment options. Have you heard of our AccountRight Ideas Exchange? It's where you can give and upvote other suggestions that go directly to our developers. You might like to add your idea here.
