Displaying in the INVOICE No Collumn & INV. DATE Collumn incorrectly

Invoice Numbers not running in a numerical order down the page from smallest to largest

Invoice Dates showing in American format with Month First + 

as invoice numbers are not running in a numerical order the dates are not in order of oldest  to most recent date of invoice that has been paid.

Have checked that my computer is set in Australian date format.
