Email Tracking

Hello,

Two Part enquiry

I have a customer month after month saying they have not received their statement. I send via MYOB.

 

1. I can see that it was sent in the desktop program, but there is no option to see if they have opened or printed it as there is with invoices. How can I know if they have received/opened/printed their statement?

 

2. When I open my file in the browser I can't seem to see any function at all that allows email tracking. Is there one in the browser? Maybe I'm missing it.

 

I just really need to see that my customers have received their statements, then if they ask again I can forward the original so they don't assume that it's my fault for not sending them, therefore looking unprofessional. Thanks
