Errors in MYOB since outage on 9-2-23

Has anyone had problems with AccountRight since the outage on 9-2-23?

I have found 2 Purchase Orders  dated 21-12-2022 for items that were in stock and sold to customers back in 2017. There were no Purchase Orders for these items prior to 9-2-23. I wonder what else is now wrong with our data.

Hi @Learoy 

 

Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. If you're still experiencing this can you please go to Reports > Accounts > Journal Security Audit report.

 

You can search for transactions for the date mentioned, and in the report, it will list the date it was added under Session Date. This way you can check the actual date it was entered, and if it was accidentally recorded for an incorrect date.
