Create a folder such as MYOB Invoices, open the invoice in MYOB, select Send To, choose Disk, save the invoice as a PDF document under this new folder and email them from this folder. This is what I have done so that we don't have to verify our business. Have had no problems so far. Regards, Learoy Re: Secure your account with SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) HI Mike, I asked earlier if we have the authenticator app do we need to set up SMS. I received this response from Doreen_P (MYOB Moderator). "Nice work getting the authenticator app up and running. That’s exactly what we recommend and there's no need to set up SMS 2FA. You’ll still have full access to your MYOB account with just the authenticator app." Regards, Learoy SMS 2FA We already use the Authentication App. Do we need to set up the SMS 2FA as well? Will we still have access to MYOB if we don't? Regards, Learoy SolvedRe: Error Message when saving an invoice Hi Genreve, I have contacted the data repair team in MYOB who have fixed this problem for me. Error Message when saving an invoice How do I start a "Live Chat"? I am having problems with a large item sales invoice. I am trying to change the Tax Code on the last item of the invoice and when I hit record. I get an error message stating that something has gone wrong, try again or close. I have restarted MYOB, restarted my PC, tried making the change on the Web version and still getting the same result. I had the same issue 2 days ago with the same invoice on trying to convert it from an order to an invoice. Can someone please help me? SolvedRe: Urgent - Importing a multi-line Sales Order Hi Genreve_S Thank you for your reply. I have had a look at the log & it seems to have a problem with the number of characters in the item fields. I am using the same item numbers that I exported so I don't understand why it doesn't work. Anyway after numerous attempts I have given up and I am entering the order manually. Regards, Learoy Urgent - Importing a multi-line Sales Order Hi, I have a large sales order that I want to import into MYOB. I have used the training database to export a sales order. Adjusted the details and was able to import it back into the training database with no issues. Now I want to do this with our MYOB database. I have exported the items that I want to create the order for, adjusted the details, but the import file doesn't work. I saw one comment that said you must use the Sales Order code of "O". This does not appear to be selected when I am trying to import the file. I would appreciate any help with this. Re: Inventory Account Hi Princess, Thank you for your help & the links which I will follow for the journal entries. Regards, Learoy Inventory Account I have a problem with some items in our inventory where the item has been allocated to the wrong account when it was first brought into stock. Does anyone know what will happen if I edit the inventory item and correct the account for Income Account for Tracking Sales? The correction should be ok for future sales, but what will happen to the accounts for past sales? Re: customer payment 3 times Hi Marie, Thank you for your suggestion. I will give it a try.
