Error Message when saving an invoice
How do I start a "Live Chat"?
I am having problems with a large item sales invoice. I am trying to change the Tax Code on the last item of the invoice and when I hit record. I get an error message stating that something has gone wrong, try again or close.
I have restarted MYOB, restarted my PC, tried making the change on the Web version and still getting the same result. I had the same issue 2 days ago with the same invoice on trying to convert it from an order to an invoice.
Can someone please help me?
