Import error 4077

Updated prices in Excel, converted to .txt, importing items most import fine but many give error 4077

Nothing in the Select Location above matched with what I attempted to do. We are using AccountRight - file is in the MYOB cloud

I have the same import error 4077. My file is online - I understand a script needs to be run on the file to fix the issue. Can you please run?

Thanks for your post. I'm happy to arrange this for you, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file you're having issues with (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).
