Inventory decimal places

I have issue inventory decimal places

My inventory is showing that I have 0.123456789 e-6 etc when I have nil.

I cannot zero it and due to this I cannot enter a purchase for this product 

I need this fixed URGENTLY and hopefully permanantly.

We are cloud based

Serial last 4 digits 0750
