I have created an invoice template and checked with the preview before emailing and the layout is correct, when the invoice is emailed it looks different when the client opens it, some of the client details and the logo are missing. Can anyone advise where i am going wrong .Thanks

Welcome to the Community Forum! And sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet, if you're still having issues with this can you please provide a screenshot of how the invoice template looks and what the customer has received.
Also, if you're emailing the invoice from the print/ email invoices window in AccountRight please make sure that the correct selected form for sale template has been selecting in the Advanced windows settings.
