Surely MYOB can now fix this issue that has been around for a long time.

If a supplier updates the Qty per Buying Unit (for examples changes it from a 15kg bag to a 20kg bag) surely a better soltuion can be designed rather than

"deleting ALL purchases and sales for that item, update the required item and then re-enter those transactions." OR " The other option would be to re-setup that item correctly under a new items number."

Supplies update pack sizes constantly, so if you are an inventory based business, this work around is not feasible.

We have also noted changes in how Sales by Units are reported. It used to report a sale as (for example) 20kg, now it reports the sale as 1. For the FYE 2021 units are showing as 20kg, for the FYE 2022 the units are showing as 1. This makes year on year comparisons impossible.
