Do we need to do anything on our end to see the change? I've just logged back onto the file and see no change to the item value or inflated figure in the account.

Can you provide a new screenshot of the items information profile tab so I can look into this further.

Is that the item's register snapshots? I've added snapshot of the said item at the beginning, when the items adjustment were made and the latest snapshot of the item.

Hi Katty,
Apologies I need the Item profile window for this particular item, you can get this by going to Inventory > Item list > Select the item > Screenshot of the profile tab. Also, can you please run the item register report via reports > index to reports > Inventory tab > Item register detail report and provide a screenshot of this.
Can you also please confirm if the values are correct ?
