Obsolete Products

HOw do I delete obsolete products? We have an ever-growing number of products which are either no longer available to us or obsolete.

I dont think that you can, only make them inactive.

Hi @Jacmus 

Once you have used an Item, as @Turtlewitnohome notes, you cannot delete that item. Renumber by adding a zz in front of the Item Number (this pushes to the bottom of the Items List) and then make Inactive.

There is a 3rd party that can delete Items in bulk, however due to cost (approx $275) this is only worthwhile it you have a large number to remove.
