Printing Invoices from online platform

We are having problems with printing invoices from the online platform whereby it cuts off the last line, however we do not have this problem when using the desktop software.  How can this be rectified so that the online invoices can be fully printed?

    I can suggest trying to print from another web browser eg. if you are using edge please try printing from Google Chrome instead. 

    Are you able to please provide some more information, such as when you go into print preview does it show the missing line or is only when the printing happens? 

    Are you able to please attach screenshots of this so that I can see the difference between them. (Making sure when you attach screenshots to blank out any private information).
