QLD Gov't Utility Relief Rebate

I have received a rebate from the QLD government for my electricity bill.  The bill is for $112.79 and the rebate is $500.00 leaving a credit of $387.21.  As the blanace of the rebate is not in my bank account I am unsure how to process this rebate correctly.  Please advse.

I’d recommend having a discussion with your accountant over how to record this rebate inside your file. They will also be able to advise you of the entries necessary to record this rebate inside your file
