I have set up a user, with exact same access as other users, however, when they open the Sales register, they get the screen at Image 1 ( the word "Customer" : then the customer name, and need to expand by selecting the "+" icon on right hand side. This does not happen for any other users. How do i get the standard sales register screen to appear?
I have also attached a snip of the sales register as it appears for all other users (titled - )standard sales register.
MYOB AR 2022.4 - same version as all other users in the file

Hi @DonnaS
That user has set their Sale Register window to be grouped by customer.
There are two ways to remedy this for the user:
Using one of the above will make the Sales Register window revert back to the default which should remove that filter the user has got on that window.
