Hi @sion_lab,

So that I can assist you with this, could you please reply with the following details:

  • Last 4-digits of your serial number
  • Company File ID (Help>About MYOB AccountRight)

Kind regards,

Re: Script to address multiple decimal places

Thank you for running the script.

I have restarted the program.

Unfortunately I still have inventory items with multiple decimal places. Therefore, when I try to adjust inventory to reduce inventory items and balance to zero I received the message - "If you have no items on hand, the value of your inventory must be zero."

Can you please advise what running the script is supposed to achieve?

And how can I address the current multiple decimal inventory issue I have?

Can you please attach a screenshot of one of your inventory items that have this issue?

Re: Script to address multiple decimal places

Sam,

As requested please find attached scrren shots of a inventory item with multiple decimal places re inventory value.

Inventory item - L7 W22 has 1 unit at $416.87 with unit cost $416.871707.

Attempting to do an inventory journal to write the item off is not successful due to non matching values due to multiple decimal places,

Appreciate your assistance.
