System allows entry in locked period

System allows entry in locked period

I have my period locked for entries prior to 30 June 2023 however the system is allowing entries prior to this date.

I have closed and restarted and it still happens

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

I understand how important for this function to work, as the lock period's purpose is to make sure that users won't inadvertently add transactions. For us to check on this further. May I ask for a screenshot of your preferences window under the security tab? Also, may I know what kind of transaction  this and how it is recorded(what browser or AccountRight app) inside the lock period date?
