Unused PO Numbers

Hi Everyone

 

We have recently upgraded from V19 to Accountright Premier.

We have noticed each morning that MYOB skips back to old unused PO numbers.  I know this is something that it does, but it is going to cause us issues with filing as it has skipped back quite a while to an old unused number today.

Is there any way of stopping this from happening?

    Hi ZoeO1 

    It can be fixed by choosing a reference number way higher in sequence when you create the next bill and the sequence should increment from that number properly. Let me know if you have further questions on this.
