Since this is a public forum, I've removed the serial number information from your post for security concerns. In order for me to look into the confirmation matter for you, could you please send me a private message with the following details:
- The product name and build number you are using (Found in: Help > About MYOB AccountRight), a screenshot works also.
- Registered business name for the serial number
- Registered email address for this serial number
- Your full name
- (for v19.x and below) Choose confirm by phone, what's the company file code shown?
