Help, I've tried to amend an invoice after the customer has received it. Each time I click on OK it comes up with "Something's gone wrong and accountright needs to close" then losing all the amendments. I have clicked on "Restart AccountRight" at least 6 times and it doesn't fix the problem. I have already downloaded the upgrades, still have problems. Does anything know what to do? Thanks ... Maria

Such symptoms usually point to a corruption in your file. When MYOB tries to update the invoice, one of the things it tries to update fails, causing MYOB to crash. Next time you see this message, click 'View error details' in lower left corner of message and copy and paste or attach to this post. The message details might show what the problem is. I suspect MYOB will need to fix something in your file.

Can't tell much from this message - is it the whole message? Normally there is a specific error message near the top.
Incidentally have a look at this post about a known issue editing Item invoices where one of the Items has a zero on hand count. Not sure if this is related to your issue or not.
