Hello
I had this error the otherday, I contacted MYOB through the online chat. They tried runnnin"scripts" to fix it but they eventually had to scheduale a time to repair the file. The MYOB tech claimed MYOB had "picked up a dodgey value" somewhere.
The whole process takes about 1-2 weeks.
Can I ask if you are either building items with this item or receiving the item but not entering supplier invoices at the same time?
