No Developer Menu in my.MYOB

Hi,

 

I'm trying to troubleshoot a 3rd party intergration on our account. The troubleshooting steps from the 3rd party refer me to a 'Developer' menu in my.MYOB. How do I get access to this menu?

Hi @jvtan 


The Developer tab would be available once you have registered and granted access to the MYOB Developer Partner program. Once that has been granted you'll be set up with an account that would have access.

If you have already been registered into the MYOB Developer Partner Program, you do need to ensure that you are on the Developer account registered for you when logging into your my.MYOB account. Do use the account selector in the top right to change the account if required.

I've just gone through the steps to register interest in joining but it looks like it's closed until early 2023...

 

I don't really want/need developer access, I just need to be able to follow the troubleshooting steps provided by our 3rd party. I've attached the steps required. Are you able to advise if this can be achieved another way without developer access?
