My understanding is the API for Trades Management Software seems to be more calibrated for the AccountRight desktop version. I would suggest changing the default setting of the bills from Purchase Settings → Layout, and see if this makes a difference. If not I would suggest checking with the 3rd party Software developer as to what kind of bill layout they are using for the bill they import/sync.
