Hi. We went from a sole trader to a family partnership. We had both running for a year then closed the sole trader file. We closed it in January 2024. Up until yesterday we were able to view only the file (for customer information etc) but now it has gone from our list of businesses ?? Can anyone help with this please ?

Since you've cancelled this file, you only have 60 days to access this on a read only mode. All the data will be removed after 60 days.
