    Hi ces108102CES,

     

    Thanks for your post.

     

    An invoice will be closed automatically, if there a deposit or payment made to the invoice. If the invoices are closing prior to invoice date, I would suggest checking the payment terms making everything was set up correctly. Also, you can change the issue date and due date of the invoices. Please see screenshot below.
