I cant open the item to make it inactive or edit it. every time i select it i get an error saying something went wrong and to contact MYOB support. There was no issue before being upgraded from essentials to business. Any idaes? Re: Unable to edit contacts It looks like the only way to do this is to duplicate the client then editing can be done and then making the existing one in active. This is a **bleep** as it really means that no existing data in full was transfered over and there is a lot work in this. This also applies to Items as well. This upgrade wasnt really thought out very well as to the implications it will have on everyone. I seems to be the giant leap backwards......... Thank you Re: Unable to edit contacts No change. It appears to be all data that was brought foward from before the update. Can only edit anything that has been newly created. Items as well as contacts. I am loosing interest now as this is now costing a lot more time in the office on admin than it ever used to. Re: Unable to edit contacts Hi, I can access the user page. Most of the page for my self is greyed out and cant be editedted. The other user with the same permissions is the same. But i can edit my accountants page??? This has changed since being upgraded. Re: Clients unable to open online invoice I get the invoice emails CC to me and i have no problem opening them up or viewing the .pdf I'm using Chrome and Outlook. There dosn't appair to be any issues with them. Maybe it's a bug with other Browser and email apps? Re: Clients unable to open online invoice The invoice is automaticaly attached. It's the View Invoice Online Button in the email they receive that dosn't work.
