Subscription upgrade
I used "MYOB connected Ledger+payroll subscription" until today.
But today, I phone-call you to upgrade this subscription to "Business Pro".
As I check the dashboard of the client, there is error message "Something went wrong" and all the client file disappeared.
This makes me crazy, because all the files are gone!!!
How can I fix it?

- Serial number
- Primary contact name
- Account / business name
- Email address which you are logged in with
