Emails are constantly being bounced back

Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

diagnostic-Code: X-Mailchimp; Host or domain name not found. Name service error
for name=winton.qld.gov.au type=A: Host found but no data record of
requested typ

    Thank you for your post. I have investigated and found that the email you were trying to email was on a blacklist. 

     

    I have since removed this so you should no longer get any bounceback when sending them an email.

      Still bouncing back

      all invoices that end with winton@qld.gov.au

  • Issue still not resolved.

    getting bounce back from all invoice and statements send to Winton.qld.gov.au

      I do need the full email address to be able to check, I am unable to do so via just the domain.

      Can you please send me a Private Message containing a list of all the email addresses you are having trouble emailing?

       

      Once I have this list, I will be able to check these for you.
