Is there a reason we can't drag and drop documents into employee card files when going to the attachment tab. This has been the case for a while, i have to save it to me desktop and upload from there. Very annoying.

This is not an idea to post but a fault in the sytem. You used to be able to drag and drop, this needs to be fixed.

Thank you for your response. Are you encountering any error messages while attempting to drag documents into the In tray? If so, please attach a screenshot of the error message you are receiving so that we can investigate this issue for you. Additionally, we recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to address any software discrepancies.

No error message comes up, it just doesn't take the document. I have cleared cache still not working.

Hi @Nathou,
We've received a few calls regarding this issue earlier this month. We'll investigate to see if there has been a fix or determine what's causing the problem. As a workaround, you can upload and save the document to File Explorer, then upload it from the In tray.
